Weddings at The Inn

The Inn at Bella Vista offers the perfect location for intimate, elegant weddings, small special receptions and/or rehearsal dinners. We specialize in small weddings to ensure the highest quality service to all our guests. Our goal is to help make this an elegant and lovely event set in an intimate and beautiful environment.

Located only minutes from the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, the Inn also is ideal for out of town brides and their families. The Inn offers a variety of options for weddings from full service elopements to serving as bride central for large events.

For those couples to busy to do a lot of planning, the Inn offers a special package to create a beautiful wedding day without a lot of stress. This package includes everything except the license and clothes:

• Ceremony on the deck (weather permitting) or by the fireplace inside
• The Minister
• Music
• Bouquet & Boutonnière
• Digital photos on CD
• Sparkling toasting punch
• Cake for two
• Use of the public areas of the Inn for up to 1 œ hours
• Price $450.00 plus tax and gratuities

This package is also available for those wanting to renew their vows to celebrate a special anniversary.

Option 1: Add a few guests for this special event with cake and punch. Up to 20 additional guests. Add on price $10.00 per person plus tax and gratuities

Option 2: Add a candlelight dinner at the Inn and spend your wedding night in either the Rose Room or Master Suite. Add on price $199.00 plus tax and gratuities

The Inn at Bella Vista is also available for receptions and other special events. Receptions are limited to around 50 guests. The following rates and charges are basic and additional services will be priced accordingly.

For afternoon events, there is a basic charge of $495.00 This covers:

• 3 hours for the actual reception and 1 hour set up time
• A Bride's cake table. (Note: The Inn does not supply wedding cakes, but we can recommend excellent local bakers.)

• The event can begin no earlier than 12 noon and must be completed by 5PM. (Note: this includes removing all personal and reception related items and any clean up required.
• Wedding guests are limited to the main public areas and the outdoor decks. While we can accommodate everyone inside, the use of the outside decks is wonderful if the weather permits.
• All guests rooms are off-limits.

For evening events, there is a basic charge of $750.00. This covers:

• 3 hours for the actual reception and 1 hour set up time.
• The use of the Inn until 10:30PM.
• One room for the night of the event which can be used by the bride and groom for their wedding night, out of town guests or other possible guests approved by Inn Management. Room available at 4:00PM on day of the event.
• A Bride's cake Table.
• Breakfast for two the following morning.

Catering

Catering for the event will be handled by The Inn. Options range from light finger food buffets to elegant sit down dinners. Prices range from $7.50 to $35.00 plus taxes and gratuities. Menus are developed with the Bride to ensure a unique menu for this special day. The Inn Dining Room seats 28 while the outside deck seats 14. (Note: Additional tables, chairs and linens can be arranged with all associated charges being passed to the client).

In addition to the special packages and receptions held here at the Inn, we offer a lovely, small photography package. Innkeeper Bill Williams is a talented photographer with years of experience. Starting as a newspaper photographer and serving in the Marine Corp as a photographer, he has had photos published in national magazines and newspapers. He has continued his photography work over the years and now offers his skills to brides and grooms at the Inn. Understanding the needs of couples wanting a small event, he has developed a package to accommodate their wishes.

Wedding Photography Package:

• 3 hours of time including wedding and reception
• A variety of digital photos including traditional poses
• 50 4x6 prints and 1 8x10 print of photographer's choice
• CD Rom with all the wedding photos for personal use
• Total price: $595.00 plus 9% tax.

Couples may rent the entire Inn for their wedding event. This includes 3 public spaces and 5 guest room. Each room is set up for two people with one queen size bed and a private bath. Breakfast is included and snacks are available for the wedding party throughout the stay. Minimum stay of two (2 nights).

Bride Central Package:

• All 5 guest rooms for two nights
• Full breakfasts both mornings
• Up to 6 additional guests for each breakfasts
• Large fruit and cheese basket for Bride's room
• Small fruit and cheese baskets for other guest rooms
• Snacks and sodas available for wedding party all day
• Total Price: $1500.00 plus 9% tax and gratuities.

On occasion, The Inn is available for small, elegant dinner parties for special events, such as rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays. Menus are developed for the individual event. Dinner prices run between $30-$40 a person plus tax and gratuities. Theme parties can be arranged. Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance.
